NOVELTY - A composition comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylate rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. fluororubber, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. additive, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 20-38 pts. wt. white carbon black, 5-20 pts. wt. hydroxyl-modified carbon nanotubes, and 5-18 pts. wt. amino-modified graphene. The acrylate rubber comprises 10-30 wt.% comb-type acrylate rubber. USE - Composition used in acrylate rubber for automotive material requiring heat resistance and lubricating oil resistance such as oil seals, gaskets and hoses (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition not only has excellent oil resistance, but also has excellent thermal conductivity, and can be used for a long time at a high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of acrylate rubber using composition, which involves (s1) sequentially adding acrylate rubber, fluororubber, additive, filler, coupling agent, anti-aging agent and vulcanizing agent in mixing device for mixing to obtain a rubber compound, and (s2) carrying out vulcanization (A) of a rubber compound on a flat vulcanizing machine, and carrying out vulcanization (B) in an oven.
