NOVELTY - Pre-processing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer comprises processing the graphene oxide under ultrasonic condition for 1-5 minutes, mixing with the primers and incubating at 15-35 degrees C for 30 plus minus 5 minutes. USE - The method is useful for pre-processing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer. ADVANTAGE - The method of pre-processing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer: can use graphene oxide which improves the sensitivity and specificity of polymerase chain reaction primer technology, and reduced amount of graphene oxide required; and the preparation steps of graphene oxide are simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) optimizing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction, comprising pre-processing fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction primer, using graphene oxide to process the primers and preparing a fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction system for fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction; and (2) fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction kit comprises components preferably graphene oxide that improve the sensitivity and specificity of real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction.
