▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Plane type super capacitor includes a flexible high molecular polymer film provided with multiple rows of laser induced graphene. A conductive current collector is fixed on the flexible high molecular polymer film and adjacent to the laser induced graphene. A gel electrolyte unit of the capacitor is utilized as an ion channel. A laser etching line is utilized as an electronic channel and separates different groups of the capacitor. The flexible high molecular polymer film is provided with multiple rows of laser induced graphene. USE - Plane type super capacitor for use as an electronic channel for separating different groups of super capacitors. ADVANTAGE - The plane type super capacitor has high output voltage and compact structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing plane type super capacitor, which involves: (A) using same flexible polymer film as substrate and carbon source, and a laser processing method to prepare patterned electrode materials to obtain rows of multiple laser-induced graphenes; (B) adding conductive current collector to the flexible polymer film; (C) adding gel electrolyte to the laser-induced graphene for packaging; (D) coating the gel electrolyte on the laser-induced graphene to fill the gaps between different laser-induced graphenes; and (E) forming an alternate connection between electron channels and ion channels series structure to obtain planar supercapacitor composed of multiple groups of supercapacitors connected in series.
