NOVELTY - Reduction of graphene oxide or its complex based on microwave reduction involves preparing graphene oxide precursor by Hummers method by taking graphite powder, adding sodium nitrate powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, slowly adding potassium permanganate, adding water and reacting; settling, discarding supernatant, adding hydrochloric acid, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, centrifuging and freeze-drying; and placing freeze-dried product on beaker, placing trace amount of flake graphite powder on surface, and irradiating. USE - Method for reducing graphene oxide based on microwave reduction (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduction of graphene oxide or its complex based on microwave reduction comprises preparing graphene oxide precursor by Hummers method by taking 1-5 g graphite powder, adding 0.5-5 g sodium nitrate powder and 30-120 ml concentrated sulfuric acid in cold water bath, slowly adding 1-9 g potassium permanganate, adding 10-100 ml water at 40-45 degrees C, continue reacting for 10-50 minutes, adding 100 ml water, reacting for 5-20 minutes, and adding hydrogen peroxide; settling, discarding supernatant, adding hydrochloric acid, centrifuging cells at high speed, discarding supernatant, washing with deionized water to neutral, collecting product, adding deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing, centrifuging at low speed, discarding, and freeze-drying oxidized graphene; and placing freeze-dried product on beaker, placing trace amount of flake graphite powder on surface, irradiating in microwave oven, and reacting under catalysis of flake graphite with strong plasma arc.
