NOVELTY - Carbon-based slurry comprises 10-40 pts. wt. nano-carbon material, 200-400 pts. wt. binder, and 5-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide fluoride. USE - The slurry is useful for preparing carbon film (claimed), used as heating base material for heating device e.g. physical therapy instrument, automobile seat and steering wheel. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-based slurry is provided with good antibacterial performance by adding titanium dioxide, at the same time, the titanium dioxide treatment is effective to improve the hydrophobicity of the carbon film. The carbon film is capable of electrically heating, with self-cleaning and antibacterial effect.
