NOVELTY - A prelithiated tin-lithium alloy nanoparticles, are claimed. USE - Prelithiated tin-lithium alloy nanoparticles for anode of lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared lithium-sulfur battery has good gram volume and circulating performance, and the tin-lithium alloy has good application prospect in the lithium-sulfur battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A prelithiated tin-lithium alloy nanoparticles of formula: LiaSnxAyB'z, where A is one or more metal elements and B' is one or more nonmetal elements, are claimed. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the nanoparticles; and (2) preparation of a prelithiated lithium-sulfur battery, which involves preparing the nanoparticles, mechanically ball milling the prepared nanoparticles and a conductive agent to obtain a composite material (A), mixing the material (A) with a sulfur source and a solvent, roasting under vacuum or inert atmosphere, ball milling the roasted product under the protection of inert atmosphere to obtain a composite material (B), dispersing the material (B) in a solvent, adding conductive agent, stirring and mixing uniformly, coating the mixture on a microporous copper foil, drying, winding the dried microporous copper foil and a ceramic membrane with a double-sided coating adhesive agent to prepare a prelithiated lithium-sulfur battery anode, and assembling the obtained anode, cathode, ceramic membrane and electrolyte.
