NOVELTY - The structure has an electrolytic pool comprising a top part connected with a liquid inlet and a liquid. A side of a pressure machinery is connected with the liquid inlet. A graphene hydrogel thin film includes a layered structure that is pressed in the electrolytic pool. The layered structure of the graphene hydrogel film is connected with an outside circuit with electric current, so as to realize a fluid machinery for conversion into an electric chamber of flashing. USE - Graphene hydrogel thin film layered structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure does not produce environment pollution of waste.
