NOVELTY - Use of a graphene oxide-polyacrylic acid complex, is claimed, in PCR, and as PCR specific enhancer. USE - The graphene oxide-polyacrylic acid complex is useful in PCR and as PCR specific enhancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-polyacrylic acid complex enables components of PCR to be adsorbed on its surface to proceeds the reaction on the surface with enhanced specificity, and does not generate other amplification product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for performing PCR, which involves sequentially performing thermal denaturation, annealing and extension of the PCR system to complete semi-reserved replication of the DNA, where the PCR system comprises a graphene oxide-polyacrylic acid complex, and repeating heat denaturation, annealing and extension repeatedly to complete PCR.
