▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphite alkenyl superhydrophobic fabric comprises: (i) dispersing S-H group-containing silane coupling agent in deionized water, adjusting its pH to 4-5, then adding graphene oxide solution, stirring uniformly, heating and reacting, centrifuging, washing and drying; and (ii) dispersing the modified graphene oxide and terminal vinyl polydimethylsiloxane in a solvent, stirring under room temperature, adding cross-linking agent and photoinitiator, stirring to obtain uniform mixed solution, soaking the fabric in the mixed solution, taking out and irradiating with ultraviolet light. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphite alkenyl superhydrophobic fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good heat resistance and chemical resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphite alkenyl superhydrophobic fabric comprises: (i) dispersing 1-5 pts. wt. S-H group-containing silane coupling agent in 20-100 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting its pH to 4-5, then adding 42-70 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution (3-5 mg/ml), stirring uniformly, heating and reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 4-7 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain surface S-H group-modified graphene oxide; and (ii) dispersing the modified graphene oxide and terminal vinyl polydimethylsiloxane in a solvent and stirring uniformly under room temperature, then adding cross-linking agent and photoinitiator, continuously stirring to obtain uniform mixed solution, soaking the fabric in the mixed solution by dip coating, taking out, irradiating with ultraviolet light, reacting the surface S-H group-modified graphene oxide attached to fabric with C-C double bond on vinyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane; where the cross-linking agent comprises pentaerythritol triacrylate, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate and/or trimethylolpropane triacrylate; and the photoinitiator comprises 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone, 2-methyl-1-(4-methylthiophenyl)-2-morpholino-1-propanone and/or 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)-4'-morpholinobutyrophenone. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphite alkenyl superhydrophobic fabric, having static contact angle of water droplet is 153-157 degrees C, processing at 150 degrees C for 6 hours, soaking in different solvents for 48 hours to maintain superhydrophobicity.
