NOVELTY - A flexible perovskite solar cell comprises a flexible transparent electrode substrate, an electron transport layer, a perovskite active layer, a hole transport layer, a barrier layer, and a metal electrode layer are connected in sequence. The flexible transparent electrode substrate comprises an indium tin oxide transparent electrode deposited on a transparent polyethylene terephthalate resin film. USE - Flexible perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The flexible perovskite solar cell uses backplane which can withstand a certain force and is not easily damaged during production, installation and use, thereby improving reliability and service life of the device.
