NOVELTY - Preparation of alpha -ferric oxide/graphene composite material comprises adding structure-directing agent into the deionized water, mixing to obtain organic solution, sequentially adding alkali source and aqueous solution of inorganic iron, stirring to obtain a transparent mixture, adding graphene oxide to form transparent mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, stirring to obtain stable suspension, pouring into hydrothermal reactor, reacting, cooling, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, washing with ethanol and drying. USE - Method for preparing alpha -ferric oxide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low-cost and safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of alpha -ferric oxide/graphene composite material comprises adding structure-directing agent into the deionized water, mixing for 3-10 minutes to obtain organic solution, sequentially adding alkali source and aqueous solution of inorganic iron, stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain a transparent mixture, adding graphene oxide to form transparent mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 0.3-2.0 hours, stirring for 2.0-4.0 hours to obtain stable suspension, pouring into hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 100-200 degrees C for 5-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing with deionized water for 3 times, washing with ethanol for 2 times and drying at 50 degrees C for 12 hours. The volume to mass ratio of structure-directing agent and deionized is 1:0.5-30. The mass ratio of alkali source and structure-directing agent is 1:3.33-200. The concentration of aqueous solution of inorganic iron is 0.05-0.5 mol/L. The mass to volume ratio of structure-directing agent and aqueous solution of inorganic iron is 1:0.2-12. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and structure-directing agent is 1:25-1500.
