NOVELTY - The device has a transparent conductive paper (1) whose upper surface has a conductive electrode pattern layer (2), a light-emitting pattern layer (3), a dielectric layer (4) and a conductive layer (5) stacked in sequence from bottom to top. A back electrode layer (6), an insulating layer (7), the conductive electrode pattern layer and the back electrode layer all lead to electrode lines connected to the external circuit through the patch method. The lower surface of the transparent conductive paper and the upper surface of the insulating layer are respectively covered with a first packaging film (8) and a second packaging film (9). The circumferential edges of the first packaging film and the second packaging film are connected together. The electrode lines of the conductive electrode pattern layer and the back electrode layer extend out of the first packaging film and the second packaging film. USE - Paper-based electroluminescence device. ADVANTAGE - The paper-based electroluminescent device has high transparency, high luminous efficiency, various colors, stable performance, strong mechanical performance, wide application, simple preparation method, environment-friendly, safety manufacturing cost, and good for mass production and popularization and application.
