NOVELTY - Lightweight noise reduction composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. converter steel slag, 45-55 pts. wt. graphene, 40-60 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 30-50 pts. wt. modified hollow glass microspheres, 20-30 pts. wt. albite, 25-35 pts. wt. attapulgite, 10-20 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 5-15 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 2-8 pts. wt. pore forming agent, 1-6 pts. wt. light ceramsite, 3-10 pts. wt. glass fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. polymer emulsion and 3-8 pts. wt. gelling agent. USE - Lightweight noise reduction composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good sound absorption effect and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the lightweight noise reduction composite material comprising weighing each raw material, crushing steel slag, graphene, diatomaceous earth, modified hollow glass microbeads, albite, attapulgite, expanded perlite, light calcium carbonate and light ceramsite to obtain mixed slurry, adding polymer emulsion to mixed slurry, mixing gel, injecting slurry into mold, curing at 25 degrees C, drying, crushing to obtain 0.6-1.6 nm particles, mixing 0.6-1.6 mm particles, glass fiber and pore forming agent, adding water, mixing, injecting slurry in mold, forming under 5-10 MPa, releasing mold, drying for 48 hours to obtain rough blank and firing dried rough product at 1130-1190 degrees C for 1.5-4.5 hours.
