NOVELTY - Preparing organic coating material on surface of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet involves taking 100-200 pts. wt. modified polyacrylic acid resin, 50-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polyacrylamide,2-5 pts. wt. oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. phosphating agent, 1-2 pts. wt. red, 50-100 pts. wt. organic solvent. The modified polyacrylic acid resin is prepared by dissolving the composite surfactant in water to obtain the composite surfactant solution, dissolving the graphene oxide in the acrylic mixed monomer, mixing with the half of the composite surfactant solution, stirring at 1000 revolution per minute (r/min), pre-emulsifying for 0.5-1 hours to obtain the pre-emulsion. USE - Method for preparing organic coating material on surface of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, improves the corrosion resistance of the permanent magnet, avoids the damage of the oxygen and water vapor to the permanent magnet, and increases the mechanical property of the material to a certain extent, high-temperature resistance and so on, and has wide application prospect.
