NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises component I and component II which are compounded together by mechanical mixing. The active ingredient of component I is metal oxide and component II is zeolite molecular sieves (ZSM-22) after post-treatment process. The metal oxide comprises manganese (II) oxide (MnOx), manganese chromium oxygen complex (MnaCr(1-a)Ox ), manganese aluminum oxygen complex (MnaAl(1-a)Ox), manganese zirconium oxygen complex (MnaZr(1-a)Ox), manganese indium oxygen complex (MnaIn(1- a)Ox) zinc oxide (ZnOx), zinc chromium oxygen complex (ZnaCr(1-a)Ox), zinc aluminum oxygen complex (ZnaAl(1-a)Ox), gallium(II) oxide (GaOx) and indium gallium manganese oxygen complex (InaGabMn(1-ab)Ox) . The post-treatment process comprises treating ZSM-22 molecular sieve with an organosilane reagent in a non-polar organic solvent at 60-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The non-polar organic solvent is n-hexane and the organosilane reagent is tetraethyl orthosilicate. USE - Used as catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst ensures that the reaction process has high product yield and selectivity and has good application prospects. The specific surface area of the manganese chromium oxygen complex, manganese aluminum oxygen complex, manganese zirconium oxygen complex, manganese indium oxygen complex, zinc chromium oxygen complex, zinc aluminum oxygen complex, zinc gallium oxygen complex, zinc indium oxygen complex, cobalt aluminum oxygen complex, iron aluminum oxygen complex, indium aluminum manganese oxygen complex and indium gallium manganese oxygen complex is 5-150m2/g, preferably 50-150m2/g. The value range of x is 0.7-3.7 and the value range of a is 0-1. The value range of a+b is 0-1. The post-treatment process comprises treating ZSM-22 molecular sieve with an organosilane reagent in a non-polar organic solvent at 60-80 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The non-polar organic solvent is n-hexane and the organosilane reagent is tetraethyl orthosilicate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for directly converting synthetic gas to liquid fuel comprising taking synthesis gas as reaction raw material and carrying out conversion reaction on the fixed bed or moving bed by using catalyst.
