NOVELTY - An antibacterial antistatic composition comprises a conductive structure comprising one or more oligomers chosen from acrylic oligomers and urethane oligomers branched to the surface of carbon nanotubes or graphene oxide, and a conductive polymer comprising poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), or poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and polystyrene sulfonic acid, connected to the oligomer, silver nanoparticles, and a solvent. The poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) comprises one or more functional groups including amino groups. USE - Antibacterial antistatic composition is used for forming antirust film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial antistatic composition provides antirust film having improved electrical property, durability, abrasion resistance and surface roughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an antirust film, which comprises an antirust resin layer, and an antistatic coating formed using the composition on at least one surface of the antirust resin layer.
