NOVELTY - Reduction of combustion slagging rate of corn straw biomass pellet fuel comprises weighing 5.5-6 g graphene, adding 150-160 ml dimethyl formamide solvent, mixing, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 8-10 minutes, adding 0.5-0.8 g sodium dodecyl sulfate, ball milling for 7-8 hours, standing for layering, performing high-speed centrifugation for 50-60 seconds to obtain suspension liquid, performing reduced pressure distillation to remove solvent, washing with ethanol for 2-3 times, drying in 80-90 degrees C oven to obtain purified graphene, mixing purified graphene, alumina powder and polyvinyl alcohol, adding 2.7-3 times deionized water, mixing for 1-2 hours, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1.5-2 hours, heating, mixing, evaporating, precipitating solid product at 50-60 degrees C in vacuum drying oven, drying to obtain graphene composite material, grinding dried loess and bentonite, sieving, mixing, drying, pre-heating, firing and cooling. ADVANTAGE - The method improves ash melting point of corn straw granule fuel, has maximum utilization of resources and protects the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reduction of combustion slagging rate of corn straw biomass pellet fuel comprises weighing 5.5-6 g graphene, adding 150-160 ml dimethyl formamide solvent, mixing at 1800-2000 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 20-30 minutes, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 8-10 minutes, adding 0.5-0.8 g sodium dodecyl sulfate, ball milling for 7-8 hours, standing for layering, performing high-speed centrifugation for 50-60 seconds to obtain suspension liquid, performing reduced pressure distillation to remove solvent, washing with ethanol for 2-3 times, drying in 80-90 degrees C oven to obtain purified graphene, mixing purified graphene, alumina powder and polyvinyl alcohol at 0.2-0.3:2.5-3:4-5, adding 2.7-3 times deionized water, mixing for 1-2 hours, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1.5-2 hours, heating, mixing, evaporating to remove moisture, precipitating solid product at 50-60 degrees C in vacuum drying oven, drying for 8-10 hours to obtain graphene composite material, grinding dried loess and bentonite at 2-3:1-2, sieving powder to 0.5-0.6 mm square mesh, mixing, drying at 100-110 degrees C for 2-3 hours, pre-heating in high-temperature furnace, firing for 24-28 minutes at 1280-1300 degrees C and cooling to 25-30 degrees C.
