NOVELTY - Supercritical auxiliary preparation of polyaniline-graphene composite material comprises adding graphite powder and aniline monomer into solvent, ultrasonically injecting into reaction kettle, stirring and mixing, heating, pumping carbon dioxide, discharging air, reaching pre-determined pressure, staying, discharging carbon dioxide, taking out material, adding hydrochloric acid solution and space stabilizer, stirring, adding initiator to initiate aniline polymerization, polymerizing, centrifuging, washing, drying, and removing water and organic solvent in the system. USE - Method for supercritical auxiliary preparing polyaniline-graphene composite material (claimed) used as electrode material of supercapacitor and electric and heat conducting material. ADVANTAGE - The method has small least number of graphene layers, reduces graphene synthesis process cost, enlarges graphite interlayer spacing, and solves graphene and polyaniline composite process easy agglomeration caused by hard to disperse graphene and polyaniline composite effect.
