NOVELTY - Bio-based epoxy composite coating comprises 0.1-1.0 pts.wt. poly-dopamine-coated cerium-ion-loaded two-dimensional nano material, 50-80 pts.wt. epoxy resin; 20-50 pts.wt.plant polyene phenol glycidyl ether; 40-50 pts.wt. phenolic aldehyde amine epoxy curing agent; 0.01-0.2 pts.wt. defoaming agent; 0.03-0.3 pts.wt.leveling agent; 0.05-0.2 pts.wt.anti-settling agent; 0.05-0.1 pts.wt. acetone. USE - Bio-based epoxy composite coating is used in metal anti-corrosion field, preferably petroleum base, where metal material is used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry and other related industrial technology. ADVANTAGE - The bio-based epoxy composite coating has intelligent controllable slow-corrosion effect. The poly-dopamine in the composite coating effectively improves the compatibility of the two-dimensional nano-material and phenolic aldehyde amine epoxy curing agent at the same time, and effectively improve the barrier property of the epoxy resin matrix. The composite coating prepared by the invention has corrosion inhibiting effect on the cerium ion of the load under the corresponding pH condition, and the rate of releasing the ceramic ion is intelligent and controllably. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of bio-based epoxy composite coating with intelligent controllable corrosion inhibiting effect, involves(I) adding polydopamine-coated cerium ion-loaded two-dimensional nano material into absolute ethyl alcohol, uniformly mixing, then adding a phenolic aldehyde amine epoxy curing agent, uniformly mixing, and evaporating to remove absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain a mixed solution C; (II) mixing the epoxy resin and the plant polyene phenol glycidyl ether, carrying out first mechanical stirring, adding the mixed solution C, the defoaming agent, the flatting agent, anti-settling agent and acetone, carrying out second mechanical stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain plant polyene phenol glycidyl ether-containing epoxy resin-containing plant polyene phenol glycidyl ether.
