▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Glass dust-proof coating comprises glass substrate, where the upper surface of the glass substrate is provided with first layer of silicon dioxide layer, second layer of transparent conductive layer and third layer of dustproof layer from bottom to top sequentially from the bottom to the top. The coating liquid is aluminum-doped zinc oxide-reduction-graphene (AZO-rGO) composite sol. USE - The coating is useful for glass curtain wall, photovoltaic assembly in building glass and glass surface treated technical field. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent conductivity and reduces the temperature of the heat treated when the aluminum-doped zinc oxide/rGO film layer is annealed in the reducing atmosphere. The coating is firm and durable, and has excellent chemical stability, can form film in large area, and can be applied to glass curtain wall, photovoltaic assembly, reducing transmittance attenuation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (1) preparing mixed solution with ethyl orthosilicate, isopropanol, water and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, sealing and storing in oven at 50℃ for 24 hours to obtain acid-catalyzed silicon dioxide sol A after fully stirring, and coating layer of silicon dioxide on the glass substrate with A as the coating liquid, (2) heat treating in reducing atmosphere, where the heat treatment temperature is 450-550℃, the heat treatment time is 30-60 minutes, and the resistivity of the obtained transparent conductive layer is 0.5×10-3to 3.5×10-2Ω×cm, and (3) fully mixing 1 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. methyltriethoxysilane, 20-35 pts. wt. isopropanol and 4 pts. wt. aqueous on the amount of substance, adding hydrochloric acid solution dropwise to adjust the pH to 1-3.5, continually stirring for 4 hours, sealing, allowing to stand and age to obtain coating liquid C, and coating on the AZO-rGO composite coating as dustproof layer.
