NOVELTY - A microRNA detecting method involves preparing a graphene channel field-effect transistor, as graphene sensor, and bonding probe DNA combined microRNA functional group to a modified surface of graphene according to the test sequence of microRNA. The graphene sensor is utilized for detecting the microRNA measured by the probe and the DNA on the graphene surface. USE - Method for detecting a microRNA using a graphene-based sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the microRNA in a simple and rapid manner with high sensitivity and stability.
