▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A preparation method of 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide composite material, involves (1) taking graphene oxide, adding water to disperse, adding 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane, mixing uniformly, reacting at 88-98degreesC, and collecting the reaction products to obtain 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide particles, and (2) dispersing the 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide particles in water, adding surfactant and water glass, fully mixing uniformly, adjusting the pH of the material liquid system to 7-8 to form a gel, collecting the product, and drying to obtain a final product. USE - Preparation method of 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide composite material for preparing 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide/thermoplastic polyurethane composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The problems of easy agglomeration and insufficient thermal stability of graphene oxide are effectively solved. The 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide composite material is added to the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer as a functional filler to effectively improve the mechanics and UV light shielding performance of the thermoplastic polyurethane material. The thermoplastic polyurethane composite material is obtained with high mechanical strength and UV resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1.the 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide composite material; 2.use of 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide composite material for preparing 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide/thermoplastic polyurethane composite material; 3.a method for preparing 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide/thermoplastic polyurethane composite material, which involves mixing 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide composite material with thermoplastic polyurethane elastic element in the presence of solvent, collecting the product, and drying; and 4.the 4,4'-diamino diphenylmethane-graphene oxide-loaded silicon dioxide/thermoplastic polyurethane composite material.
