NOVELTY - Manufacture of an electrical and/or thermal conductor involves providing a surface, providing a co-suspension of at least one of graphene or 99-75 %mass graphene oxide flakes and 1-25 %mass polyacrylonitrile, in a dimethylformamide solvent to form a graphene/graphene oxide flakes-polyacrylonitrile layer. USE - Manufacture of electrical and/or thermal conductor used in method of fabricating electronic device for energy storage device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures electrical and/or thermal conductor having high conductivity with improved physical properties and controlled oxidation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fabrication of an electronic device.
