▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves electro-depositing a copper layer on a surface of a graphite sheet by electro-deposition process. Graphene is sprayed and oxidized on the electro-deposition copper substrate by ultrasonic spraying technique. Electro-depositing process is performed on copper after spraying the material. A copper-oxidation graphene laminated composite material is formed with high thermal conductivity. The substrate is put in plating solution. Three-electrode electrodeposition process is performed for electroplating. The oxidized graphene is sprayed on the electro-deposition copper substrate. USE - Method for forming a copper-oxidation graphene laminated composite material for use in radiating field and electronic industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing copper-oxidation graphene laminated composite material with high heat-conducting performance, and improving thermal conductivity, and reducing thermal expansion coefficient of the copper substrate, and improves formability and integrity of the graphene oxide film formed by ultrasonic spraying in proper substrate temperature. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view f a surface topography after spraying and oxidizing graphene on a copper layer.
