NOVELTY - LED heat-dissipating coating comprises a primer layer comprising 30-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 6-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. thickening agent and 1-3 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, and a surface coating layer comprising 20-35 pts. wt. emulsion, 4-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 8-20 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 10-15 pts. wt. char-forming agent and 20-40 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - As LED heat-dissipating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved adhesion property and fast curing speed, and is flame-retardant and environmentally-friendly. The primer has high heat conduction and heat dissipation performance. The surface coating has excellent high-temperature resistance and flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the LED heat-dissipating coating, which involves (i) preparing primer by preparing graphene into aqueous solution of graphene, adding graphene aqueous solution and epoxy resin to a stirring equipment, stirring, sequentially adding dispersant, thickening agent and cross-linking agent during stirring, adding proper amount of water, stirring and mixing, and vacuum defoaming to obtain primer, (ii) preparing surface coating by adding emulsion, titanium dioxide and diatomaceous earth to the stirring equipment, adding char-forming agent, flame retardant and proper amount of water during the stirring process, stirring the mixture, and vacuum defoaming to obtain surface coating, and (iii) separately packaging the primer and the surface coating in a ratio of 2:1 to obtain the product.
