NOVELTY - Preparation of glutathione-imprinted sensor involves reacting iron(III) oxide/polyaniline/graphene oxide composite nanoparticles and mixed solution of potassium chloride, sulfuric acid, glutathione and functional monomer in sealed environment at room temperature, polymerizing under constant electric potential, repeatedly washing the resultant material with deionized water, drying under nitrogen gas atmosphere, processing using sulfuric acid electrochemical elution solution under constant potential, repeatedly washing with excess of double-distilled water and removing glutathione. USE - Preparation of glutathione-imprinted sensor used for detecting glutathione in blood plasma. ADVANTAGE - The method provides glutathione-imprinted sensor having excellent sensitivity, anti-interference ability, stability and repeatability, by simple and economical process. The glutathione-imprinted sensor efficiently, flexibly and rapidly detects glutathione in blood plasma. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of glutathione-imprinted sensor involves polishing magnetic glassy carbon electrode using alumina suspension, washing with ethanol and deionized water, adding graphene oxide and iron(III) oxide/polyaniline composite in mass ratio of 1:10-1:30, adding hydrazine hydrate, stirring for 6 10 hours, separating using magnetic separator, washing to neutral, obtaining iron(III) oxide/polyaniline/graphene oxide composite nanoparticles, adding mixed solution of potassium chloride, sulfuric acid, glutathione and functional monomer, reacting in sealed environment at room temperature in the dark place for 2-8 hours under nitrogen gas atmosphere, processing the resultant material under magnetic field strength of 0.32-1.6 T and nitrogen gas atmosphere, polymerizing under constant electric potential, repeatedly washing the resultant material with deionized water, drying under nitrogen gas atmosphere, processing using sulfuric acid electrochemical elution solution under constant potential, repeatedly washing with excess of double-distilled water and removing glutathione.
