NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/palladium complex nano electro-catalyst comprises using metal palladium salt, graphene oxide and solid reducing agent is raw material, where the molar ratio of metal palladium salt and solid reducing agent is 1:1-1:6, graphene oxide mass fraction of all the raw material mixture is 0.5-10 wt.%; first adding metal palladium salt and graphene oxide powder, mixing thoroughly, adding solid reducing agent and stirring; and grinding or milling solid phase chemical reaction, depending on the reaction mass, washing the resulting product and drying. USE - The method of preparing reducing graphene oxide/palladium complex nano electro-catalyst is useful for fuel cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/palladium complex nano electro-catalyst comprises using metal palladium salt, graphene oxide and solid reducing agent is raw material, where the molar ratio of metal palladium salt and solid reducing agent is 1:1-1:6, graphene oxide mass fraction of all the raw material mixture is 0.5-10 wt.%; first adding metal palladium salt and graphene oxide powder, mixing thoroughly, adding solid reducing agent and stirring; grinding or milling solid phase chemical reaction, depending on the reaction mass, the reaction temperature is room temperature to 300 degrees C, the reaction time ranging from 10 minutes to two weeks, washing the resulting product and drying.
