▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyimide (PI)/graphene oxide/graphene composite film comprises a PI layer with a thickness of 10-80 mu m, a graphene layer with a thickness of 10-500 mu m, a graphene oxide layer sandwiched on the PI between the layer and the graphene layer and the thickness of the graphene oxide layer is 5-50 mu m. USE - Used as polyimide/graphene oxide/graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has good processing characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite film, comprising (i) coating the graphene oxide slurry on the PI film to obtain the PI/ graphene oxide composite film; (ii) taking the PI/graphene oxide composite film as coating substrate, coating the graphene slurry on the PI/ graphene oxide composite film and drying to obtain the PI/ graphene oxide/graphene composite film, preferably, in the step (ii), the coating thickness of the graphene slurry is 100-5 mu m, the coating speed is 0.5-5 m/min; and/or the drying temperature is 60-120 degrees C, further preferably, the graphene slurry is prepared by: mixing the graphene, de-ionized water, additive, stirring and dispersing for 1-5 hours, vacuum removing for 5-30 minutes to obtain the graphene slurry the concentration of the graphene slurry is 5-20 wt.%, the additive is PVP, PVA, CMC, silane coupling agent, titanic acid ester coupling agent, lignin sulfonate, acrylic resin and content of the additive in the graphene slurry is 1-5 wt.%.
