▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene intercalation silver nanowire composite filler comprises graphene nanosheet and core-shell composite material interposed between graphene nanosheets, where the core-shell composite material comprises one-dimensional silver nanowire and polydopamine coated on surface of one-dimensional silver nanowire. USE - The composite filler is useful in functionalized nano-composite electromagnetic shielding coating used in stealth materials or flexible electronic materials (all claimed), and used in electromagnetic shielding materials. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized nano-composite electromagnetic shielding coating has excellent adhesion and electromagnetic shielding performance in X-band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a functionalized nanocomposite electromagnetic shielding coating comprising graphene intercalation silver nanowire composite filler, polyvinyl alcohol and water, where the mass ratio of graphene-intercalated silver nanowire composite filler and polyvinyl alcohol is less than or equal to 50%, and the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water is 5-15%. (2) a method for preparing the functionalized nanocomposite electromagnetic shielding coating, involving (a) adding silver nanowires to tris (hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloric acid buffer solution, uniformly stirring, adding dopamine hydrochloride for reacting in dark environment to obtain a mixed solution, (b) adding graphene nanosheet to the mixed solution, continuously reacting, centrifugally separating the precipitate, and washing and drying the precipitate to obtain graphene intercalation silver nanowire composite filler, and (c) adding graphene intercalation silver nanowire composite filler and polyvinyl alcohol to deionized water, and uniformly stirring until the polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved to obtain functionalized nano-composite electromagnetic shielding coating.
