NOVELTY - The device has a probe holder, temperature sensing element, and ohmic contacts connected to a measurement circuit. The probe holder is formed as a plate with a conical projection, on the side surface of which is formed ohmic contacts. The temperature sensing element is formed of graphene in the form of a strip of variable width having the form of a loop, the ends of which are fixed on the ohmic contacts. The holder is made of silicon or germanium. USE - Device for measuring temperature of nano-objects, e.g., scanning probe microscope.
