▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wear-resistant, antistatic polyurethane acrylate UV coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. amino acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 5-25 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.1-1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 15-30 pts. wt. conductive epoxy resin and 1-5 pts. wt. anti-wear agent. USE - Used as wear-resistant, antistatic polyurethane acrylate UV coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: utilizes uniform dispersion of graphene oxide, which facilitates the formation of conductive paths; utilizes conductive epoxy resin having synergistic effect, which improves the antistatic performance of coatings; and utilizes graphene oxide having polar groups on the surface, which increases the crosslinking density during film formation process and improves the mechanical properties of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the UV coating, comprising (i) adding reactive diluent, photoinitiator and silane coupling agent into a reaction container and stirring uniformly at a speed of 100-200 Hz, (ii) adding polyurethane acrylate, amino acrylate, graphene oxide and conductive epoxy resin into the reaction container under stirring condition and stirring at a speed of 200-300 Hz to obtain first mixture, (iii) filtering the first mixture for 1-3 times using 80-100 mesh filter to obtain first filtrate, and (iv) adding anti-wear agent, surfactant type antistatic agent and quaternary ammonium salt type antistatic agent into first filtrate under stirring condition to obtain final product.
