NOVELTY - Display device comprises input sensor set on display panel. An upper layer structure is set on input sensor, where the structure comprises dielectric constant control layer that controls sensing sensitivity of sensor. A set of layers is sequentially stacked on the sensor, and the control layer is set adjacent to one of the layers. The control layer comprises a base material with an adhesive property, and a high dielectrics constant material with a higher dielectics constant than the base material. An anti-reflector and a window are provided on the anti- reflector. USE - Display device used in multimedia devices such as TV set. ADVANTAGE - The display device has improved sensing sensitivity of an input sensor, adhesive property of the upper layer structure is improved, and the adhesion between the anti-reflector and the window is enhanced, adhesion strength of the display device is improved and the display quality of the device is increased, display quality is improved due to the presence of the high refractive index of the protective layer, and dielectrically stable display device with high sensing sensitivity and high reliability is provided.
