NOVELTY - A low-cost, high-toughness polyketone (POK)/polypropylene (PP) alloy polymer material comprises 39.15-69.15 pts. wt. polyketone, 20-50 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5-10 pts. wt. polar compatibilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.3-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. heat stabilizer and 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Low-cost, high-toughness polyketone/polypropylene alloy polymer material used for automotive electronic appliance, automobile connector and buckle, and gear component. ADVANTAGE - The alloy polymer material has excellent mechanical properties due to improved compatibility between crystalline materials of polyketone and polypropylene using the compatibilizer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparation of the alloy polymer material, which involves weighing the above raw materials, mixing polyketone, polypropylene, polar compatibilizer, toughening agent, antioxidant, graphene co-chitosan modifier, modified aluminum silicate fiber, heat stabilizer and lubricant to obtain a mixture, and extruding and granulating the mixture.
