NOVELTY - Method for preparing aqueous graphene involves (a) purifying graphite in a protective atmosphere to obtain the first product, (b) mixing the first product with the dispersion, stirring and dispersing to obtain a second product, (c) subjecting the second product to laser irradiation under ultrasonic conditions to obtain a third product, (d) phacoemulsifying the third product and cooling to obtain a fourth product, (e) shearing and homogenizing the fourth product in sequence in a water bath environment to obtain a fifth product, and (f) centrifuging the fifth product and collecting the supernatant to obtain an aqueous graphene product. USE - The aqueous graphene product is useful in catalyst preparation, heat dissipation, heat generation, lithium ion battery or antistatic coating preparation applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high yield of 87-95% and excellent stability.
