NOVELTY - High heat conductivity phase change microcapsule comprises a shell layer (1) and a phase-change core material (2). The shell layer comprises polymethyl methacrylate and lipophilic modified graphene. The amount of lipophilic modified graphene is 2-8 wt.% of the shell layer. USE - The high heat conductivity phase change microcapsule is used as concrete temperature crack inhibitor for inhibiting concrete temperature cracks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The phase-change microcapsule has high heat conductivity, dense shell layer and reduces the risk of leakage of the phase change core material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high heat conducting phase change microcapsules comprising dissolving the polyvinyl alcohol powder in deionized water to obtain a surfactant solution, adding the phase change core material to surfactant solution, stirring in a water bath at 45-55degrees Celsius to obtain the first emulsion, dissolving benzoyl peroxide powder in methyl methacrylate to obtain shell material solution, adding the shell material solution and the lipophilic modified graphene to the first emulsion, stirring in a water bath to 55-65degrees Celsius at a speed of 50-100revolutions/minute to obtain the second emulsion, reacting the second emulsion to 75-80degrees Celsius, increasing the stirring speed to 150-250 revolutions/minute to obtain a microcapsule suspension, filtering the microcapsule suspension, washing the filter residue and drying to obtain high heat conductivity phase change microcapsules.
