NOVELTY - Soilless culture liquid matrix comprises basic culture solution comprising 0.5-1 pts. wt. disinfectant and 8-12 pts. wt. polyphosphate-diatomite/graphene composite nano material additive. The ammonium polyphosphate diatomite/graphene composite nano material additive is prepared by pouring 70-85% phosphoric acid into a reactor, heating and stirring, increasing temperature to 75-80 degrees C, adding urea and diatomite, adding nano-scale graphene, continuously heating, stirring and reacting, drying, cooling, and crushing to obtain ammonium polyphosphatediatomite/graphene composite nano material. USE - The culture liquid matrix is useful for ecological agricultural (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The culture liquid matrix: has good dispersibility and homogeneity, no odor and peculiar smell; has no concentration difference problem; and does not rotten roots. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Soilless culture liquid matrix comprises basic culture solution comprising 0.5-1 pts. wt. disinfectant and 8-12 pts. wt. polyphosphate-diatomite/graphene composite nano material additive. The ammonium polyphosphate diatomite/graphene composite nano material additive is prepared by pouring 70-85% phosphoric acid into a reactor, heating and stirring, increasing temperature to 75-80 degrees C, adding urea and diatomite, adding nano-scale graphene when temperature rises to 110-120 degrees C, continuously heating to 120-130 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 10-20 minutes, drying at 160-180 degrees C for 3-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, and crushing to obtain ammonium polyphosphatediatomite/graphene composite nano material, where the bactericide is epsilon -polylysine and/or propolis powder. AN INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for preparing soilless culture liquid, comprising (i) adding 70-85 % phosphoric acid into the reactor, heating, stirring, increasing the temperature to 75-80 degrees C, adding urea and diatomite, adding nano graphene when the temperature is increased to 110-120 degrees C, continuously heating to temperature of 120-130 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 10-20 minutes, drying at 160-180 degrees C for 3-5 hours, cooling to room temperature, and crushing to obtain ammonium polyphosphate diatomite/graphene composite nano material, (ii) taking basic culture solution, heating to 30-35 degrees C, pre-mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding polyphosphate-diatomite/graphene composite nano material, stirring at a speed of not less than 1000 revolution/minute (rpm) for more than 30 minutes to obtain liquid matrix, and (iii) stirring by ultrasonic assistant reinforcing treatment for 10-20 minutes, filtering to remove impurity to obtain liquid matrix for soilless culture of ecological agriculture.SS
