NOVELTY - A coating comprises 60-65 pts. wt. modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. chemical additive, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 3-4 pts. wt. rust conversion agent, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. thickening agent, 0.02-0.03 pt. wt. KELZANS (RTM: Xanthan gum) coalescent and 30-35 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The low-carbon self-rusting coating is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent adhesion ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of coating, which involves adding KELZANS (RTM: Xanthan gum) coalescent and deionized water to a high-speed dispersion machine and high-speed stirring for 30 minutes to obtain component (A), adding chemical additive, rust conversion agent, modified styrene-acrylic emulsion and deionized water to high-speed dispersion machine and dispersing to obtain component (B), mixing component (A) and component (B) in high-speed dispersion machine and dispersing for 30-60 minutes, finally adding graphene slurry and high-speed dispersing for 30 minutes.
