NOVELTY - Parallel arrangement of graphene ceramic high performance friction material, is claimed. The graphene is arranged in parallel in the ceramic substrate at a layer spacing of 5-10 mu m, and the ceramic-selective precursor is a liquid ceramic material. USE - Used as parallel arrangement of graphene ceramic high performance friction material. ADVANTAGE - The material has low friction coefficient. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing parallel arrangement of graphene ceramic high performance friction material, comprising (i) taking the ceramic precursor, soaking expanded graphite, de-foaming in vacuum, magnetic stirring to obtain the suspension, (ii) adding ethanol aqueous solution into mixed suspension, rotary evaporating, drying to obtain mixed powder, (iii) sieving the mixed powder obtained in step (ii), sintering to obtain graphene/ceramic composite material, in the step (i), the ceramic precursor is ethyl orthosilicate, aluminum ethoxide or zirconium isopropoxide liquid at normal temperature.
