NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide by selective reduction involves coating the material with a graphene oxide (GO) solution, performing lithography the selected area of the material with an eco-friendly material, and heat-treating the material. USE - Method for producing reduced graphene oxide by selective reduction. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce reduced graphene oxide by selective reduction that improve the electrical conductivity, transparency and flexibility of product.
