NOVELTY - Performing deep processing technique of graphene powder with solid continuous liquid dispersion method involves mixing proper amount of graphite powder with proper amount of sugar, and crushing mixture in a crusher. The water is added into mixed sugar and graphite powder, stirred into flocculent, and compacted into blocks or particles. The particles are placed into crusher to crush after drying, and the steps are repeated for multiple times. USE - Method for performing deep processing technique of graphene powder with solid continuous liquid dispersion method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to realize macro and high-quality graphite deep processing, so that technical personnel quickly understands and masters the process flow method. The manufacturing method of graphene powder deep processing is low in cost, high in yield, and has good quality and environmental friendliness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Performing deep processing technique of graphene powder with solid continuous liquid dispersion method involves mixing proper amount of graphite powder with proper amount of sugar, and crushing mixture in a crusher. The powder is crushed repeatedly, water is added to obtain slurry, and filtered to obtain concentrated liquid containing sugar. The residue which is not filtered is returned to the step of crushing to prepare blocks or particles. The filtered sugar-containing concentrated liquid is diluted with a proper amount of water to obtain liquid with a certain proportion, and liquid is poured into cavity of ultrasonic cleaning machine for vibration cleaning for a certain time. The cleaned liquid is shook, liquid is placed into a precise filtering device for filtering, so that graphene liquid suspended in water is formed, and residues which cannot be filtered are returned to the step of crushing. The graphene liquid filtered by the precise filtering device is sprayed on a glass plane, moisture is rapidly dried to enable the graphene to be attached to the surface of glass, and glass plane is scraped by using polishing machine or blade to obtain powder graphene or sheet-shaped thin graphene.
