NOVELTY - Preparation of high quality graphene comprises mixing graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, at ratio of 1 g:30-40 ml, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, heating at 50 degrees C, stirring for 4 hours, adding 180-220 ml water, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain mixed solution; and mixing graphite and additive at 3000 revolutions/minute, putting in microwave oven to obtain black solid, under microwave power of 600-1000 W, reacting for 1-10 minutes, washing obtained black solid with water washing, and vacuum drying at 80 degrees C for 10-12 hours. USE - Method of preparation of high quality graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for industrial production, and has low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high quality graphene comprises: (A) mixing graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, at ratio of 1 g:30-40 ml, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, heating at 50 degrees C, stirring for 4 hours, adding 180-220 ml water, continuous stirring for 30 minutes, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain mixed solution; (B) adding hydrochloric acid and water at volume ratio of 1:10, and washing to remove metal ion; (C) re-dispersing in water, washing supernatant with water for 20 minutes, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 8-12 hours; and (D) mixing graphite and additive at 3000 revolutions/minute, putting in microwave oven to obtain black solid, under microwave power of 600-1000 W, reacting for 1-10 minutes, washing obtained black solid with water washing, and vacuum drying at 80 degrees C for 10-12 hours.
