ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional rubber-based foam sensing material has excellent mechanical property, wide detection range, high sensitivity, fast response and excellent durability, and can show different responses to various external stimuli, and convert mechanical energy into electrical energy in the process of compression recovery, and has realized self-powered system integration of the multifunctional rubber foam sensing device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing multifunctional rubber-based foam sensing material, which involves: (a) ball-milling respectively vulcanizing agent and the accelerator for vulcanizing rubber latex into a dispersion of a specific concentration;(b) mixing rubber latex with these dispersions in proportion, stirring to obtain pre-vulcanized rubber latex;(c) dispersing the conductive filler and/or conductive filler precursor with deionized water to make a suspension;(d) dropping obtained suspension to the obtained prevulcanized rubber under stirring conditions, stirring, mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment;(e) dispersing uniformly the conductive filler and/or conductive filler precursor in the prevulcanized rubber emulsion to obtain a mixture; (f) adding the foaming agent to the obtained mixture, foaming to 2-5 times of the original volume by mechanical stirring;(g) adding the coagulant to the foam mixture, stirring uniformly, transferring to the autoclave immediately for hydrothermal reaction; (h) washing, and drying after the reaction is finished to obtain multifunctional rubber-based foam sensing material.
