NOVELTY - A single-layer or less-layer biomass graphene is prepared by taking natural crop straw core as raw material, carrying out peeling process, and performing carbonization to prepare single-layer biomass graphene; or performing carbonization and peeling processes to prepare less-layer biomass graphene. USE - Single-layer or less-layer biomass graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild process conditions, simple process, easy operation, low equipment requirements, and low production cost and can realize large-scale mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the single-layer or less-layer biomass graphene comprising removing shell of natural crop straw and mechanically crushing into grain size of 20-160 meshes; adding 0.1-20 g strong oxidant into 100 mL water, stirring at normal temperature, adding 1-30 mL strong acid, and stirring; adding 1-30 g straw core powder into the stripping solution to soak for 0.5-20 hours, filtering, washing, filter by clean water, putting solid substance into oven, and drying for 0.5-4 hours at 40-100 degrees C; and putting into tubular furnace and carbonizing to 200-650 degrees C for 1-8 hours to obtain single-layer biomass graphene; or removing shell of natural crop straw and mechanically crushing into grain size of 20-160 meshes; adding 0.1-20 g strong oxidant into 100 mL water, stirring at normal temperature, adding 1-30 mL strong acid, and stirring; adding 1-30 g straw core powder into tubular furnace and carbonizing at 200-650 degrees C for 1-8 hours; and adding 1-30 g carbonized product into stripping solution, soaking for 0.5-20 hours, filtering, washing by clean water, and drying for 0.5-4 hours at 40-100 degrees C.
