NOVELTY - Core-shell structure comprises core particle and organic-inorganic composite structure layer covered on the surface of the core particle. The core particle comprises lithium cobalt(III) oxide, lithium nickel cobalt oxide, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide or lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide, the organic-inorganic composite structure layer comprises nitrogen-containing hyperbranched polymer and ion-conducting material, the ion-conducting material is lithium-containing linear polymer or modified Prussian blue, the lithium-containing linear polymer has ion-conducting segments (electron-conducting segments), and the modified Prussian blue has an ion-conducting groups. USE - The core-shell structure is useful: in electrode, preferably as anode in lithium-ion batteries; and as anode plate in metal ion battery (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) metal ion battery comprising a anode plate, a cathode plate, and a isolation film located between the anode plate and the cathode plate, where the anode plate comprises core-shell structure; and (2) ion-conducting material comprising lithium-containing linear polymer i.e. dilithium(1+) ion 2-methoxy-2-(5-(4-sulfanyl-5-(3-sulfanylthiophen-2-yl)thiophen-2-yl)thiophen-3-yl)-1-sulfonatoethan-1-olate compound of formula (I).
