▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of nickel cobalt sulfide doped nitrogen and sulfur-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterials in visual detection of glucose, is claimed. The nanomaterials have peroxidase activity. USE - Use of nickel cobalt sulfide doped nitrogen and sulfur-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterials in visual detection of glucose and in blood, serum or urine (all claimed) for preventing and controlling diabetes, cardiovascular disease, diabetic ketoacidosis, renal insufficiency, insomnia, neurodegenerative, Alzheimer disease and cancer. ADVANTAGE - The detection results of the glucose colorimetric method based on the nano composite material are consistent with the results of the existing blood glucose meter. The method is economical, accurate and precision for the determination of glucose in human serum samples. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Use of nickel cobalt sulfide doped nitrogen (NiCo2S4-N) and sulfur-reduced graphene oxide (S-rGO) nanomaterials in visual detection of glucose, is claimed. The nanomaterials have peroxidase activity. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: visible detection of glucose, which involves using nickel cobalt sulfide doped nitrogen, sulfur-reduced graphene oxide nanomaterials catalyze the oxidation of glucose to produce hydrogen peroxide, and catalyzing the reaction between hydrogen peroxide and chromogenic substrates. The chromogenic substrate is 3, 3', 5, 5'-tetramethylbenzidine; and kit for visible detection of glucose.
