NOVELTY - Graphene-based anticorrosive coating material comprises component A composed of 45-55 pts. wt. ultra-low molecular weight epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. organosilicone resin, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano particle/graphene composite material, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous phosphate chelate, 5-10 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. talc, 5-10 pts. wt. carborundum, 1-1.5 pts. wt. silicone resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. organo silicone antifoaming agent, the component B is composed of 100 pts. wt. cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin. USE - The method is useful for graphene-based anticorrosive coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has anti-corrosive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based anticorrosive coating material comprising (1) adding the components A with high power for high speed dispersion machine under the condition of 1500-2500 rotations/minutes, packing and warehousing, dispersing for 1-2 hours, (2) mixing the prepared component A and B with ratio of 7-10:1 and uniformly mixing to obtain the product.
