NOVELTY - The macroscopic superslide method for growing graphene on friction surfaces, involves ultrasonically cleaning friction pairs and lubricating particles by acetone, adding friction pairs or lubricating particles into chemical vapor deposition tube furnace, introducing hydrogen, using methane as growth precursor, growing, natural cooling, covering lubricating particles on the friction pair surface, measuring friction coefficient, applying load, testing, and stabilizing coefficient of friction at 0.003-0.008 after 800-1000 seconds. USE - Macroscopic superslide method for growing graphene on friction surfaces (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables growing of graphene on friction surfaces. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The macroscopic superslide method for growing graphene on friction surfaces, involves growing multilayer stone on surface of friction pair and lubricating particles by chemical vapor deposition process, using surface of the friction pair surface as quartz, copper or nickel, using material of friction pair surface as high directional pyrolytic graphite, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, quartz, nickel of copper, ultrasonically cleaning friction pairs and lubricating particles for 10-30 minutes by acetone, adding friction pairs or lubricating particles into plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition tube furnace, introducing hydrogen under gas flow of 10-100 SCCM, heating at 600-1000 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, passing methane as growth precursor under gas flow of 10-100 SCCM and radio frequency power for 150-500 W, growing for 20-60 minutes, natural cooling at room temperature when the growth is complete, growing lubrication particles and friction pairs, covering lubricating particles on the friction pair surface, measuring friction coefficient, applying load of 1 MN-1 N under friction distance of 0.5-2 mm, and swing frequency of 0.1-2 Hz, testing at room temperature, and stabilizing coefficient of friction at 0.003-0.008 after 800-1000 seconds. The lubricating particles are made of quartz, copper or nickel. The growth of graphene layer is 1-10 layers. The measuring device is micro-friction abrasion testing machine.
