NOVELTY - Production of glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated resin sheet involves pouring slurry formed using S-glass fiber and graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid, into sheet making mold which is rectangular groove with an open top, forming sheet after three stages of curing, integrally releasing positive electrode and negative electrode which are adhered to the plate, placing resultant board for preset time according to supporting method, loading the plate with a center loading method, connecting positive electrode and negative electrode to the digital resistor such that the digital resistance meter measures loading force and resistivity curve, completing plate pressure sensing calibration measurement and packing the board. USE - Production of glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated resin sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated resin sheet having high strength and excellent wear resistance, and reduced density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The slurry is obtained by forming graphene powder by mechanical modification of graphene, weighing preset amount of graphene powder into acetone solution in batches, placing in ultrasound system to sonicize the mixed solution, obtaining uniformly dispersed suspension, weighing preset amount of unsaturated resin to temperature above the softening temperature, placing in molten state, adding molten unsaturated resin to the suspension, stirring gradually using a stirrer, stirring quickly until the mixture is even, forming graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid, placing S-glass fiber in graphene unsaturated resin composite liquid, and completely infiltrating. The inner side wall of sheet making mold is respectively provided with cylindrical groove at diagonal position of rectangular groove and side of cylindrical groove is connected to the rectangular groove. Positive electrode and negative electrode are inserted into two cylindrical slots diagonally. Terminals of upper end of positive electrode and negative electrode are protruded from the surface of the mold. The slurry is flowed into cylindrical groove to surround the positive electrode and lower portion of negative electrode, and bubble is discharged by vibration until the design thickness is reached. The slurry is then passed through the gel in the mold. The S-glass fiber contains 55 wt.% silica, 20 wt.% alumina and 12 wt.% magnesium oxide.
