NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene conductive coating comprises high-conductivity and high-stability graphene as conductive filler. USE - Aqueous graphene conductive coating is used for spraying, printing and inkjet printing for conductive coating for electromagnetic shielding, static electricity preventing, corrosion preventing, radiating, wear-resisting and electronic circuit. ADVANTAGE - The coating formed using the paint has high conductivity and mechanical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous graphene coating, which involves adding 0.5-5 g graphite to 40-60 ml concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath, strongly stirring for 30 minutes, adding 12-30 g potassium permanganate into obtained mixed solution, stirring for 30 minutes, putting obtained mixed solution in water bath at 30 degrees C, slowly adding 18-40 g sodium nitrate, stirring for 60 minutes under stirring, continuously adding 100-140 ml deionized water, transferring obtained mixed solution to oil bath at 90 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes, gradually adding 12-20 ml hydrogen peroxide, continuously reacting for 40-80 minutes until color of solution changes from dark brown to bright yellow, adding dispersing agent into obtained bright yellow graphene oxide solution under stirring, dissolving, adding 15-45 ml hydrazine hydrate solution at 40-80 degrees C for 1 hour, adding 15-45 ml reducing agent, continuously reacting for 20-60 minutes to obtain stable aqueous graphene solution, adding certain amount of aqueous polyester, neutralizing agent, flatting agent, antifoaming agent, crosslinking agent and catalytic agent into stable aqueous graphene solution, and stirring at certain temperature for certain time.
