NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aluminum composite material comprises dispersing solid carbon source, catalyst precursor and aluminum powder in solvent to obtain dispersion liquid, where the solid carbon source is small molecular organic compound having molecular weight of not less than 50000, and drying the dispersion to obtain mixture powder, adding the mixture powder into tube furnace, performing reduction, sintering under the protection of vacuum or inert gas, where the reduction and sintering temperature is 500-600 degrees C, the reducing atmosphere is hydrogen, the reduction sintering time is 2-3 hours, subjecting the sintered mixture powder to secondary sintering at 980-1200 degrees C, the sintering time is 30-40 minutes, and cooling to obtain graphene aluminum composite material. USE - The graphene aluminum composite material is used in cable or wire (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene aluminum composite material; and (2) cable or wire, comprising graphene aluminum composite material.
